What is proposed?

Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon by Sinthuja Poopalasingam to vary the Premises Licence issued in respect of 4 & 6 Comet Way, Wroughton, Swindon, SN4 0FL

The application seeks the following variation: 4&6 Comet way merging in to one shop.

The full application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 17th September and 14 October All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax), to the Licensing Authority, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
