PUBLIC NOTICE - APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given Marie Tracey Sowman of Fairfield Puddledock, Nethergong Hill, Upstreet, Kent CT3 4DP. Has applied to Canterbury City Council for the GRANT of licence in respect of the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 4pm to 9pm, 7 days a week for the premises Puddledock Woods Camp Shop and Bar situated at Fairfield Puddledock, Nethergong Hill, Upstreet, Kent CT3 4DP for up to 30 people.

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 25/10/2024

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
