Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Matthew Potashner has applied to London Borough of Haringey for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Moon Lake, 208/208A, Archway Road, London, N6 5AX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The retail Sale of Alcohol from 08:00 until 00:00 Sundays to Thursdays and 08:00 until 01:00 Fridays to Saturdays; Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 00:00 Sunday to Thursdays and 23:00 until 01:00 Fridays to Saturdays; The provision of regulated entertainment from 08:00 until 00:00 Sundays to Thursdays and 08:00 until 01:00 Fridays to Saturdays; Opening hours of the premises are from 08:00 until 00:30 Sundays to Thursdays and 08:00 until 01:30 Fridays to Saturdays. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Haringey Licensing Authority, Licensing Team, Level 1 River Park House, 225 High Road, London, N22 8HQ no later than 15th October 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
