What is proposed?

Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that Dragonfly Lounge Ltd has applied in respect of Unit 3B, Foundation House, Long Wyre Street, Colchester, CO1 1AZ, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

Sale of alcohol between 16.00 and 23.00 Tue to Fri and between 12.00 and 23.00 Sat and Sun.

Late night refreshment between 23.00 and 00.00 Tue to Fri and Sun and 23.00-04.00 Sat.

Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non-standard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 18th October 2024, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
