LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the King William Iv Tower Road South Warmley Bristol BS30 8BL for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to extend the licensable area shown on the submitted plan to include the external area.

This is to allow the use of an outside bar in the external area within the current hours for licensable activities.

To extend the sale of alcohol and opening time to 08:30 daily (currently 11:00 Monday – Saturday & 12:00 Sunday).

There are no changes to the terminal hours. The application also seeks to add conditions, please refer to the application for the full list.

Date by which Other Persons and Responsible Authorities may make representations: 21 October 2024.

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, BS37 7PN, and the register may be inspected during normal office hours.
