Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by LSD Promotions in respect of Christmas Market, The Parade, Swindon, SN1 1BB.

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 10:00 until 20:00 on Monday to Sunday.

Provision of Recorded and Live Music between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00 on Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 16th September 2024 and 13th October 2024. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
