NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: The Catherine Wheel, 38 Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames OX4 4YP

Notice is given that Blaine Morris-Smith has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: To amend hours for sale of alcohol to 10:00 on Saturday & Sunday and amend opening hours to 10:00 seven days a week (currently 12:00).

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 14 October 2024

The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council’s website at www.southoxon.gov.uk

Date of Notice: 16 September 2024

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
