APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE

We WINE CURATORS LTD of Unit 1, The Spud Shed, Spencers Farm, Owd Barn, Rufford Rd, Ormskirk, L40 3SA, hereby give notice that we have applied for the GRANT for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 1 at The Spud Shed, Spencers Farm, Owd Barn, Rufford Rd, Ormskirk, L40 3SA as follows: The proposed licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises every day between the licensable hours of 10:00 and 23:00.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk, L39 2DF, or by email to licensing.enquiries@westlancs.gov.uk by no later than 17/10/2024.

The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council’s website - www.lancaster.gov.uk IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
