What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Odeon Cinemas Limited to
the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council
(Scarborough) for a Premises Licence for the Odeon
Cinema, Brunswick Centre, Scarborough, YO11 1UE. The
application is to permit: the sale of alcohol between 10:00
and midnight each day; plays, films, live and recorded
music, performance of dance and anything similar between
09:00 and 03:00 each day and late-night refreshment until
03:30 each day. Full details of the Application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at North
Yorkshire Council (Scarborough), Town Hall, St. Nicholas
Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG or by
visiting www.northyorks.gov.uk/licensing-and-registration.
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at any
time up to and including 16th October 2024 at the above
address or by email to licensing.sca@northyorks.gov.uk
(www.scarborough.gov.uk).
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
