Has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premieses are: Daily 0800 – 0230 sale of alcohol, reg entertainment, live music, recorded music and dance.
Daily 2300 – 0230 late night refreshment.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Counter, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP.
Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council must do so no later than 21/10/24 and such representations must be made in writing and addressed to the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
