Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Premises: Starbucks, Kiosk 3 Blue Lounge, Birmingham New Street Station, Birmingham B2 4ND.

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 10.00 until 23.00 daily; and The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00-24.00 daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to Birmingham City Council General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement P.O. Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ. Representations must be received by 16 October 2024.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.birmingham.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
