Genting Casino, Temple Street - Premises Licence Application To Reflect Minor Changes To The Areas Designated For Table Gaming and Gambling Other Than Table Gaming

Notice is hereby given that Genting Casinos UK Limited Genting Club Star City Birmingham B7 5SA are applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a gambling premises licence issued under that Act. 

The application relates to the following premises: Genting Casino, Temple Street, City Centre,Wolverhampton,WV2 4AQ. 

The application is to vary the licence as follows: 

Application for approval of variation to premises licence plans relating to Lower Ground, Ground, First floors and roof Terrace accompanying this application including amendments to reflect minor changes to the areas designated for Table Gaming and Gambling other than Table Gaming. 

The application has been made to Wolverhampton City Council Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peters Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA, www.wolverhampton.gov.uk , licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk

A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. 

A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.

A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.
