Application has been made by Mr Sohrab Shirshekan for the Application of a Premises Licence In respect of premises known as and situated at Matte Black Lounge, 23 Manor Road, Wallington, SM6 0BW.
The application contains a statement of the following relevant Licensable activities proposed to be carried out on or from the premises: To permit the sale of alcohol from Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00
Any person wishing to object to the application should do so by giving notice in writing stating the grounds of objection to the Licensing Team, London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA by 09.10.24
REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Note it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and that the maximum fine on a summary conviction is currently £5000
