What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE.

Salahadeen Hamood has applied for the GRANT of a PREMISES LICENCE for Clockwork, 11 Wolstenholme Square, Liverpool, L1 4JJ.

For the following Licensable activities:

1. To provide for the sale of alcohol on Monday to Thursday from 11.00 to 00.00 hours. and Friday to Sunday from 11.00 to 02.00 hours.

2. To provide for regulated entertainment on Monday to Thursday from 11.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Sunday from 11.00 to 02.00 hours.

3. To provide Late Night Refreshment on Monday to Thursday from 23.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Sunday from 23.00 to 01.30.

Representation can also be made by post to:-Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than 15 October 2024, It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
