LICENSING ACT APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Antonio Francesco Angisani is applying for a premises licence for: Willow, 399 London Road, Hazel grove SK76AA The License if granted is to enable the Following Activities to take Place: The retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Late night refreshment and the provision of regulated entertainment, i.e Live and Recorded Music, and Dance. Sunday to Thursday 10000hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday 1000hrs to 0300hrs.

Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice until 21st OCTOBER 2024. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Officer (2003), Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport, SK1 3XE
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
