TAKE NOTICE THAT BARIS COSKUNCAY has applied to Knowsley Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of: TRIANGLE CAFE, Okell Drive, Halewood Park Environment Centre, L26 7XB

Monday to Sunday inclusive, between the hours of 8am and 22:30pm for the Supply of Alcohol

A record of the application can be inspected by members of the public between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the office of the Licensing Authority of Knowsley MBC which is located at Knowsley MBC Licensing Service, Environmental Health and Consumer Protection, 2nd Floor, Municipal Buildings, Archway Road, Knowsley, Merseyside, L36 9FB. Please ring 0151 443 2300 to arrange an appointment www.knowsley.gov.uk

A responsible Authority or any other person(s) wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to Knowsley Licensing Authority at the above, mentioned address. Any written representations must be recieved by the Licensing Authority no later than 18th October 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
