NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM FOR A LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Miss Batel Gebremedhin has applied to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the variation of a premises licence at: Swing Jazz Bar - 232 - 234 North End Road, London, W14 9NU for The proposed activities, days and times to be authorised by the licence/details of variation sought: Plays, recorded music and live music Fridays and Saturdays between 10:00 to 03:30 The sale of alcohol Fridays and Saturdays between 10:00 to 03:00 A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the web address above or to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk giving the grounds of objection by 14th October 2024
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
