Notice of Application for Renewal of a Licence for a Sexual Entertainment Venue
Notice is hereby given that Wayne Chandler of 125 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R 5DB has applied to London Borough of Camden on 10th September 2024 for the renewal of the Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence in respect of the premises: The Griffin, 125 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R 5DB.
The proposed hours during which the premises will be used for the purposes of sexual entertainment will be 11:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 01:00 Friday and Saturday. Anyone wishing to make objection to this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Team, Camden Council, 5 Pancras Square, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4AG or by email: licensing@camden.gov.uk by no later than 8th October 2024 stating the grounds for objection.
Representations may not be made on moral grounds but must relate to one or more of the grounds set out in the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as described in the section entitled “Principles to be Applied when considering
