NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Soho Estates Portfolio Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 16 September 2024 for the grant of a shadow premises licence to use the premises at Unit 1, Basement And Ground Floor, Ilona Rose House, Manette Street, London, W1D 4AL for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday and from 23:00 to 23:30 Sunday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 10:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday and from 12:00 to 23:30 Sunday, plus non standard timings, on the same terms as premises licence reference 24/00135/LIPRW, and as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 14 October 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
