What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
The Bath Gin Company Limited applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 11/09/2024 for a licence for Bath Gin Servery, Ground Floor Courtyard, Milsom Place, Bath BA1 1BZ to authorise the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off premises daily from 10:00 hours to 22:00 hours.
Any representations should be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG or emailed to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 09/10/2024
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/ licensing-register.
A record of the application may be inspected at the Council’s One Stop Shop at the above address during normal opening hours. Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
