NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice Is hereby given that Smoke Stevenage Limited has applied for a premises licence to Stevenage Borough Council In relation to Smoke, 84a High Street, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 3DW to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday 12:00hrs to 22:30hrs Friday to Saturday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs.

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Authority at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 1HN or by email: licensing@stevenage.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 09/10/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
