I Amanda Jane Allen Can Confirm That on 13 September 2024. I Submitted an Application To Vary the Premises Licence at Park Street Arts Centre, 29 Park Street, Kingston Upon Hull, HU2 8RR.
The Proposed Variation To Include/extend the Hours for Certain Licensable Activities on the Following Days As Detailed Below:
To Add the Following Licensable Activities To the Premises Licence:
• Sale of Alcohol (on Premises) - Monday to Sunday 12:00- 00:00
• Plays - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 00:00
• Films - Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 00:00
To Change the Existing Times on the Licence For Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance Of Dance, and Anything Similar to Monday To Sunday 10:00 - 00:00.
Opening Times to Be Changed to Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 00:00.
Conditions to Be Amended to Allow Sale of Alcohol and the Use of Glassware on the Premises.
Anyone Wishing to Comment on This Application Must Do So No Later Than 28 Days From the Date Shown Above, Either by Email to Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk or in Writing To Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull, HU9 1DB
Where the Register of Licensing Applications Can Be Viewed. It is an Offence on Summary Conviction to Knowingly Or Recklessly Make False Statement in Connection With This Application, the Maxmimum Fine for Which is £5,000
