Notice is hereby given that Tops Pizza Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit:

Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
