Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence
Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op, Colchester Avenue, Cardiff CF23 9HP to extend the licensed area following a change to the layout of the store with regards to shelves, units and tills which will be removed, relocated and replaced. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing, Cardiff Council, City Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW Or by email to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 10 October 2024.
The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices or www.cardiff.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
