APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

To all persons whom it may concern, notice is hereby given that on 19/09/24 Timothy Hemming, of Simply Pleasure Ltd, Spring Lane, Forest Gate, Ringwood, BH24 3FH has made an application to the Oldham Council being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of Section 2, Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act of 1982, for the RENEWAL of a license to use the premises situated at and known as: Simply Pleasure, Unit 1, 36 Park Road, Oldham, Lancs, Ol8 1db.

Any person objecting to the application must give notice in writing of such objection to Principal Licensing Officer, Neighbourhoods, Licensing Team, Oldham Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA, stating in general terms the grounds of such objection, no later than 28 days after the above date of the application
