Any responsible authority or interested party may make representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application by no later than 11th October 2024

Representations must be made in writing, to the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor, Civil Centre, 6 Brixton Road, London, SW2 1EG,  a record of the application can also be inspected at this address during normal office hours by an appointment, or on the licensing authority’s website, www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
