What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied in respect of Christies 20-22 King Street Harrogate
HG1 5JW for a variation to the premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to
extend the permission for the sale of alcohol Sunday from
12:00 until 01:00 the following morning (current
permission until 00:00), Monday to Thursday from 10:00
until 01:00 the following morning (current permission until
00:00) and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 02:00 the
following morning (current permission until 01:00 the
following morning). To permit late night refreshment
Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 until 01:30 the following
morning and Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 02:30
the following morning. To add the following condition;
There will be no first entry to the premises after midnight
Sunday to Thursday and 01:00 on the morning following
Friday and Saturday. For the above, to maintain thirty
minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale
of alcohol. To amend the opening hours of the premises to

the public, so that the premises opens at 09:00 for non-
licensable activities on any day of the week (current

opening 10:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 Sunday). All
other hours, activities and conditions to remain unchanged.

Avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE. Anyone wishing to
make representations in connection variation can email
licensing.har@northyorks.gov.uk or write to North
Yorkshire Council Licensing Team at P.O Box 787,
HG1 9RW by the end of 7th October 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
