LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Little Shop of Cheese Limited 17A, Buttermarket, Thame, Oxfordshire , OX9 3EP

Notice is given that ... Little Shop of Cheese has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence Certificate under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol for off site consumption. Monday -Saturday 09:00-18:00 Sunday 10:00-16:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 2nd October 2024. The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.southoxon.gov.uk Date of Notice: ...4th September 2024. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
