What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Whitbread Group plc to the Licensing Authority of Herefordshire Council for a PremisesLicence for the Ross on Wye Premier Inn at Ledbury Road, Ross on Wye HR9 7QJ. The application includes the following terms: 1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00 and 00:30 hours seven days a week to nonresident for consumption on and off the premises and 24 hours a day seven days a week for residents. 2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application. 3. To enable the provision ofFilm when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol. 4. To enable the provision of late night refreshment. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council. This may be inspected, free of charge at the offices of the Council at Plough Lane, Hereford,HR4 0LE. Monday to Friday by prior appointment ONLY or online at:https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200145/business/58/current_licensing_applications. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th October 2024(www.herefordshire.gov.uk)It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
