Full Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that McMullen & Sons Limited has applied to the Borough of Broxbourne on 28 August 2024 to vary the premises licence for:
The Prince of Wales, Burton Lane, Cheshunt, EN7 6SL.
To vary the licence to amend the current trading area.
To allow live / recorded music in the outside areas or transmitted to the outside areas on 15 occasions in one calendar year.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 25 September 2024, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licencing Department, Borough of Broxbourne, Bishops College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, EN8 9XQ.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.broxbourne.gov.uk and following the links to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
