Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Strongarm Dining Lease Co Limited applied to the City of Westminster on 5 September 2024 for the variation of the premises licence for Pirana, Basement and Ground, Byron House, 7-9 St James’s Street London SW1A 1EE so as to (1) permit late night refreshment on Sun 2300-0100 (2) permit retail sale of alcohol Sun 1000-0100 (3) add conditions (4) on such terms, and conditions as set out in the application papers.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3 October 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street London, SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
