Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Caprice Holdings Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Le Caprice, Unit R1, The Chancery Rosewood, 24-31 Grosvenor Square, London, W1K 6AH (formerly American Embassy). The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol (on and off the premises) from 09:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Opening Hours from 06:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor West, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1P 6QP no later than 2nd October 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk
