NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT The Portman Estate Nominees (One) Limited & The Portman Estate Nominees (Two) Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 09 September 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Shadow Licence 90 - 100 Edgware Road London W2 2EA for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 23:00 and Sundays 10:00 to 18:00, as more particularly set out in the application. The application is made on the same terms and conditions as the current granted licence. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 07 October 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
