NOTICE is hereby given that London Mayfair Hotel Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 4th September 2024 to Vary the Premises Licence for Edwardian Mayfair Hotel, 17 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LT.
The proposed Variation relates to: permit the use of the premises for non residents until 2 am, remove the condition which prevents the use of the entrance/exit on Berkeley Street after 11pm, add additional conditions where appropriate and update the filed plan of the Hotel. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3rd October 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
