What is proposed?

Public Notice

We, Paul and Janet Borg have applied for the Variation of a Premises Licence for:

Diggle Post Office and Village Store 168 Huddersfield Road, Diggle. Oldham. OL3 5PJ.

The Variation, if granted, is to alter the timings for the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol off the premises. MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM-7PM.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by visiting www.oldham.gov.uk/licensing.

Applications can be viewed at the Licensing Office, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA by prior appointment only, or by viewing the public register available at www.oldham.gov.uk/licensing. Representations should be made on or before 2nd October 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
