Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that YMBBT Productions Limited has applied to London Borough of Camden for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as You Me Bum Bum Train, Ground Floor – 4th Floor, 125 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8AD
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol, Recorded Music & Live Music Monday to Saturday 18:00 to 02:00 and Sunday 18:00 to 23:00. Plays, Films, Performance of Dance or Similar to Monday to Saturday 18:00- 00:00 Sunday 18:00-23:00. Late Night Refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00-02:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 18:00 to 02:30 and Sunday 18:00 to 23:30.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or by email to licensingrepresentation@camden.gov.uk, no later than 03 October 2024 stating the grounds for objection. The register of London Borough of Camden and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.camden.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
