Notice of application for Variation  of Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that KAIKAKU.AI LIMITED has applied to the London Borough of Camden for the variation of a premises licence at 22 Brunswick Centre, London WC1N 1AE PREMISES-VARY\123335 PREM-LIC\120393 for the for the extension of trading hours to 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 22:00 on Sunday, provision of late night refreshment from 09:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday and supply of alcohol from 20:00 to 00:00, without restrictions on vertical drinking, method of ordering and whether it will be ancillary to a meal, provided a door man is staffed from 9pm onwards to preserve the licensing objectives, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representations by the 3rd October 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: London Boroughof Camden Licensing Authority (contact Camden), 5 Pancras Square, C/O Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE or email to: licensing@camden.gov.uk The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links.

Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. Representations must be received by the licensing authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
