Premises - Unit 4, Riverside Metro, Delta Bank Road, Gateshead, NE11 9DJ
Notice is given that Race & Play Karting Ltd has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol (On the premises only)
10:00-00:00 hours Everyday (None standard timings until 01:00 on New Years Day)
Late night refreshment 23:00 - 00:00 hours Everyday
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH Representations must be received no later than 07 October 2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
