What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Notice of Application

Poole Turkuaz Ltd is applying for the new Grant of a Premises Licence for Turkuaz, Unit 18, Tower Park, Poole BH12 4NY.

If granted, the application will allow the following activities to take place: Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 11.00hrs to 24.00hrs Monday to Sunday. Provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00hrs to 24.00hrs Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act. The offence is subject to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
