Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Name of Applicant: Vladut Andrei Maxim
Name and Postal address of Premises: Terra Mare, 28 High Street, Cardiff, CF10 1PU

Proposed variation:

1. To vary the plan attached to the licence

2. To vary the opening hours to allow the premises to open at 08:00 hours to serve breakfast

3. To remove conditions 2, 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 22

4. To add the provision of regulated entertainment in the form of live music and recorded music

5. To extend the licensable activity hours for New Years Eve until 03:00 hours

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 8th October 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
