Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit
Pub Company (Services) Limited have
applied to The Royal Borough of
Windsor and Maidenhead on 09th
September 2024 for a variation to a
premises licence to use the premises
at the: Shire Horse, Bath Road,
Littlewick Green, Maidenhead, SL6
3QA. To vary the hours for Sale by
Retail of Alcohol from 09:00am daily.

wishes to make a representation in
relation to this application must give
notice in writing of his/her
representation by 07th October 2024
stating the grounds for making said
representation to the: Licensing Team,
Royal Borough of Windsor and
Maidenhead, Town Hall, St Ives Road,
Maidenhead, SL6 1RF or email

The application may be inspected at
the offices of: Royal Borough of
Windsor and Maidenhead,Town Hall,
St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF or
view online at
www.rbwm.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive
representations by the date given
above. The Licensing Authority will
have regard to any such representation
in considering the application. It is an
offence, under section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in or
in connection with an application for
premises licence and the maximum fine
on summary conviction is unlimited.
