What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Jingdong Retail (UK) Limited has applied to Rugby Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Apollo 6, Unit 2, Trent Way, Prospero Ansty Park, Coventry, CV7 9PY.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours). Alcohol sales will be made on-line only. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours).

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Environmental Services, Rugby Borough Council, Town Hall, Rugby, CV21 2RR or by email to Licensing@rugby.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 7 October 2024. The Licensing Authority’s Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
