Any person or responsible authority wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority Colchester City Council no later than 05 of October 2024. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
It is an offence to knowingly make a false or reckless statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000
