What is proposed?
The Licensing Act 2003
TAKE NOTE that an application for a new Premises
Licence Has been made to Bedford Borough
Council by JAY FOLLY in respect of premises
known as Equinox Festival, Wold Farm, Airfield
Road, Podington, Wellingborough, NN29 7XA. The
proposed licensable activities are as follows: The
supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises
and the provision of regulated entertainment (live
music and recorded music) from 11.00hrs to
03.00hrs the following day, on a Friday, Saturday
and Sunday. The provision of late-night refreshment
from 23.00hrs to 03.00hrs the following day on a
Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The above activities
to take place on a maximum of 4 days each
calendar year between 1st April and 30th
September.
Representations: ANY PERSON wishing to make
any representation to the application should write to
the Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council,
Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP
specifying the grounds for making representations.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may
make written representations these should be sent
to the Licensing Authority by 2nd October 2024.
Applications can be viewed during office hours at
the Council or via the council’s website on https://
www.bedford.gov.uk/licencing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for making a false statement is
an unlimited fine.
