LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Ifeoluwa Oyewole and Rotimi Oyewole have applied to the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham on 5 September 2024 to Grant a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for: Toleez Authentic African Cuisine, 285-287 Heathway, Dagenham, RM9 5AQ.
The Licensable activities are: Sale of Alcohol on the premises Monday to Thursday 13:00hrs to 22:00hrs Friday & Saturday 12.00pm to 23:00hrs Sunday 12:00pm to 23:00hrs Non-Standard Timings 24 December- 13:00hrs to 01:00am 25 December - 13:00hrs to Midnight 26 December - 13:00hrs to Midnight 31 December - 13:00hrs to 01:00am 1 January - 13:00hrs to Midnight 14 February -13:00hrs to Midnight 30 March - 13:00hrs to Midnight 20 April - 13:00 to Midnight 16 June - 13:00hrs to Midnight 1 October - 13:00hrs to 01:00am
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the: Licensing Department, Regulatory Service, Barking Town Hall, 1 Clock House Avenue, Barking IG11 7LU or by email to licensing@lbbd.gov.uk. Representations must be received by: 3 October 2024 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.lbbd.gov.uk. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence. To do so could result in prosecution and a fine of any amount.
