Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17 Of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Blue Fulfilment Ltd has applied for a premises licence to East Staffordshire Borough Council in relation to Blue Fulfilment, Unit (2028), Sure Store, Ninth Avenue, Burton-On-Trent, DE14 3JZ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises (remote sales only) Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs - 24:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB or email: licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk
Such written representation must be received by 02/10/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
