On Thursday 5th September 2024, I ABDUL KALAM applied for the grant of a new premises licence for: Jilabi Restaurant, 2065/67 Coventry rd, Sheldon, Birmingham, B26 3DY. If granted the application will allow the following: Supply of alcohol on/off premises, Sunday to Thursday from 10:00hrs to 01.00hrs. Friday & Saturday from 10.00hrs to 02.00hrs. Late night refreshment: Sunday to Thursday from 23.00hrs to 01.00hrs. Friday & Saturd,. from 23.00hrs to 02.00hrs. Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the licensing section. Any person who wishes to make representation must do so by writing to: Birmingham City Council, General licensing regulation & Enforcement. P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ. Tel: 0121-303-9896. email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk. public register at: birmingham.gov.uk/licensing. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, by midnight on Thursday 3rd October 2024. It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
