What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Hang Sing Hong Birmingham Ltd is applying to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Taste the Orient Supermarket, 63 - 69 Pershore Street, Birmingham B5 4RW to allow the sale by retail of alcohol (0900 - 2100hrs Monday to Sunday). 

Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing. 

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Representations must be made in writing by midnight on 4 October 2024. 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
