What is proposed?
THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Notice
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I, Majld Kamel Benslimane do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as (name & address of premises):- The Blue Man, 95 Gloucester Road, Brighton, BN1 4AP for the following proposed variation: To vary the conditions of the Premises Licence, following consultation with the Responsible Authorities to implement Cafe Licence conditions and limited Off Sales to the outside area subject to a pavement licence.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to EHLIicensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than the 30th of September 2024, a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-iove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penally for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
