NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF  THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Enigma Entertainment Ltd has applied for a premises licence to City of London Council in relation to Enigma Quests Holborn, Pt Ground Floor Rear, 86 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EQ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs – 23:00hrs.  The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected online at www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the offices of City of London licensing authority, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ.  Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to the address shown above or by emailing  Licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk  Such written representation must be received by 26/09/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.  It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
